Non-alcoholic vanilla flavoring is derived from real vanilla beans from the island of Madagascar. It contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume and is suspended in a mixture of water and vegetable glycerin. This differs from vanilla extract which has higher alcohol content at about 35% by volume. This has the same great warm and rich taste of vanilla but without the added alcohol. Use the same amount of this flavoring as you would vanilla extract. Add to baked goods, ice cream, cocktails, hot beverages, and smoothies.
